Chelebi is a design brand that reimagines Azerbaijan’s visual culture through contemporary objects
rooted in local heritage. Founded by artist Aida Mahmudova, the brand works closely with local
artisans and contemporary designers, collaborating with institutions such as the Azerbaijan National
Museum of Art. Drawing from traditional techniques, materials, and motifs, Chelebi shapes a
distinctly modern design language.

Chelebi presents a collection with Saga that brings together sculptural design and cultural memory.
The centerpiece is a coffee table developed with Aida Mahmudova, featuring handmade tiles glazed
with natural Azerbaijani materials such as sand and mineral-rich soil. The dining set, inspired by
local architecture and ornamentation, continues the brand’s vision of blending heritage with refined,
modern design.
